Mō te Tūranga - About the Job

Make a meaningful impact behind the scenes of quality, compliance, and food safety.

We are seeking a Quality Systems & Document Coordinator to join our Quality & Food Safety team at our Balclutha manufacturing site. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who thrives on creating structure, improving systems, and ensuring critical documentation and training processes are effectively managed.
In this role, you will play a central part in supporting our quality and food safety objectives by overseeing site document control processes, coordinating quality training activities, and ensuring compliance with both local and global quality standards. You will act as a key point of contact for quality documentation, collaborating across multiple teams to drive effective document management, maintain regulatory compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Working within a highly regulated manufacturing environment, you'll have the opportunity to influence quality outcomes, support audit readiness, and help ensure our systems remain robust, efficient, and fit for purpose. If you enjoy working across stakeholders, managing multiple priorities, and making a tangible impact on quality and compliance, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a permanent, part-time position based at our Balclutha manufacturing facility.
