Sobre el trabajo

As a Regional Data and Analytics Manager, your product portfolio will be composed of:

 

- Data products: strategic programs at regional level, requiring transversal view across sales, ops, finance

- Analytics products: data pipelines and BI platforms for exploratory, generate insights to improve our performances, and control the efficiency of the business strategy, at global level.

 

Your global mission will be:

 

1) Define the strategy and the implementation roadmap for the portfolio of products by liaising with global and regional stakeholders (business, IT, data, infrastructure, …) and lead the technical delivery team.

2) Create and promote critical enablers, such as the data ingestion, data quality, data governance, through data driven and value passed priority focus, across all portfolio of products.

3) Unlock strategic data products, generated by strategic data sources containing information.

4) Coordinate the integration of the data and analytics products together to deliver end-to-end solutions to global, regional and local countries and orchestrate their maintenance, support and full life cycle. 

Sobre ti

What You'll Bring: 

  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG, Retail Data, Commercial Analytics, or Pharmacy Analytics.
  • Proven experience delivering customer and consumer data products, including Digital Solutions, CRM, CDP, and related data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, sensitive data management, GDPR compliance, and Salesforce ecosystems.
  • Experience collaborating with Data Architects, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Visualization teams within Agile environments, squads, and tribes.
  • Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across Business, IT, Local, and Global teams.
  • Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and cloud technologies such as Azure, Databricks, Power BI, or similar solutions.
  • Solid Product Management experience, with a track record of successfully delivering data-driven products and solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of modern data technologies and analytics best practices.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
