Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Registration and Complaint Executive " position. Take this opportunity to GROW together! 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Adopt, implement, and ensure compliance with Danone SN (Specialized Nutrition) standards and requirements across all relevant quality and operational processes,
• Receive, review, investigate, document, and report customer complaints in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulatory requirements,
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams to perform root cause analyses, develop effective solutions, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA),
• Monitor customer complaint trends, prepare periodic reports, and ensure timely closure of complaint investigations,
• Participate actively in Global Audits, Ministry of Health inspections, FSSC 22000 audits. Support audit preparation activities, coordinate responses to audit findings, and follow up on action plans before and after audits,
• Ensure timely implementation and closure of corrective actions arising from audit observations and identified deficiencies,
• Follow and manage marketing authorization applications, variations, renewals, and other regulatory affairs activities,
• Coordinate the preparation, maintenance, updating, and submission of regulatory dossiers to the relevant health authorities,
• Prepare, manage, and follow up official correspondence with health authorities and regulatory agencies,
•  Ensure that product information documents are maintained up to date in accordance with regulatory requirements,
• Ensure timely fulfillment of marketing authorization commitments and responses to requests from health authorities,
• Monitor regulatory and legislative changes, implement necessary actions, and communicate relevant updates to internal stakeholders,
• Ensuring full compliance with the company's ethical rules. 

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have:

• MSc, B.Sc., Qualification in Food Science or Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or related fields,
• Minimum 2 years' experience within Quality discipline in manufacturing or regulatory related function (QS, QA, QC, RA) in food, pharmaceutics, medical devices or biotechnology,
• Working experience in a processing & manufacturing environment,
• Good knowledge of the applicable quality & food safety management systems (ISO, FS22000, PRP’s, HACCP, GMP, etc.) and the application thereof,
• Fluent speaking and writing in English
• Communication and presentation skills
• Training skills
