Danone Specialized Nutrition South East Asia is seeking for SEA Capability and Development Manager, based in Thailand. 1. Create L&D Strategy Plan for Thailand Healthcare Nutrition field team
• Identify & benchmark training needs & learning road map for the TH field Healthcare Nutrition team in consultation with key stakeholders.
• Design & drive functional competency assessment (knowledge & skill) measures for Thailand Healthcare Nutrition team; Standardize and benchmark these competencies at regional as well as global levels.
• Create annual Healthcare Nutrition L&D strategy plan for the Healthcare Nutrition Field Force for Thailand Healthcare Nutrition field team in collaboration with Healthcare Nutrition Director/Country leads, HR, Marketing and Medical Nutrition Sciences teams.
• Design & propose training budgets; Align with HN Director for allocating proposed budgets in line with the L&D annual plans.
• Partnering with local HR team in driving Career development initiatives for the TH Healthcare Nutrition team.

 

2. Design & Roll out training programs- TH and SEA
• Design & deliver standardized on-boarding & induction modules for new employees of the Healthcare Nutrition field team in line with Danone’s global/regional guidelines.
• Create In-clinic capability development programmes for nutrition executives as per requirements of Healthcare Nutrition Director and Healthcare Nutrition field managers; Roll out and deliver these training programmes through self or external partners as needed.
• Design & Deliver Management Development Initiatives to build Field Line Manager competencies that meets local requirements; Deliver such training programmes personally or through external training leads.
• Conceptualise specialised interventions for High Performers in coordination with regional and local HR leads as a part of career development initiatives for TH line managers. 
• Cascade global training modules from Danone global team as per local tailored needs in TH.

 

3. Enhance internal alignment 
• Align with Healthcare Nutrition Director/ Healthcare Nutrition field leads on training need analysis, L&D road map, training calendar and budgets for the TH SN team.
• Align with channel heads/Country head on skill/knowledge assessment processes, training AOP, calendar & other standard ways of working.
• Be the bridge between regional and global L&D team in designing and rolling out of global training initiatives for TH; Share best practices of Thailand with the global team at appropriate forums.
• Align with regional Medical Nutrition Sciences team on scientific knowledge training goals for the TH ; align DA training calendars and country wise scientific knowledge assessment of field force. 
• Partner with the Healthcare Excellence Engagement team for sharing training data and dashboards on a timely basis.
• Partner with HR on areas of L&D integration- eg., Inspira, Culture, Enhance, MDPs and other team building programmes. 
• Be the owner of conducting Healthcare Nutrition Cycle meet which involves, calendaring, coordinating with cross functions, setting agenda and execution.

 

4. Driving digital learning
• Launch and rollout LMS platform in TH
• Conduct monthly/quarterly skill and knowledge assessment of Nutrition Executives through the LMS platform.
• Collaborate with strategy and MNS teams to leverage DREAMFLIX feature on DREAM app to drive therapy knowledge and HCP engagement.
• Roll out and drive FCQ that evaluated field coaching capabilities of HN Managers. 
• Drive Campus-X courses as per global/local demands including translating training contents deemed wherever necessary.

Sobre ti

• 3-5 years of sales training, commercial training, or sales enablement experience
• Preferably with at least 1-3 years managing programs across a multi-country or regional scope.
• Strong understanding of adult learning methodologies, instructional design, and virtual facilitation.
• Specific background in Healthcare and/or Nutrition.
• High proficiency in English. Multi-lingual abilities (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia, or Thai) are highly advantageous due to the region's cultural diversity.
• Exceptional cross-cultural communication, persuasive presentation, and project management skills.
