Shape the Future of Integrated Supply Chain Planning

We are looking for a Senior Director of End-to-End Planning to lead one of the most critical capabilities in our organization: the orchestration of demand, supply, inventory, service, and innovation across our entire value chain.

This is a high-impact, enterprise leadership role, responsible for designing and executing an integrated planning ecosystem that enables business growth, service excellence, and operational efficiency in a dynamic and highly competitive food industry environment.

Your Impact

As Sr. Director of E2E Planning, you will define and lead a world-class integrated planning strategy, connecting commercial ambition with operational execution—ensuring the right product is available at the right time, at the right cost.

You will be a key strategic partner to Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain leadership, driving alignment across the organization while embedding data-driven decision-making and leading transformation initiatives (e.g., digital planning, IBP maturity, advanced analytics).

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Planning Strategy

• Define and execute the end-to-end planning vision and strategy, aligned with business growth objectives
• Ensure full integration across Demand, Supply, Materials, Production, Deployment, Customer Service, and Innovation pipelines (IPRO)
• Establish end-to-end visibility across the supply chain (forecast → delivery → service)

S&OP / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Leadership

• Own and lead the IBP/S&OP process, including Demand, Supply, and Executive Reviews
• Ensure alignment between commercial plans, operational constraints, and innovation pipelines
• Enable scenario planning and data-driven decision-making across capacity, inventory, and service trade-offs
• Drive executive-level alignment across Commercial, Operations, and Finance

Demand–Supply Orchestration

• Balance demand forecasts, production capacity, and materials availability to optimize outcomes
• Proactively mitigate risks (shortages, excess inventory, obsolescence)
• Optimize inventory, working capital, and service levels

Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead and develop high-performing teams across:
  • Demand Planning
  • Supply Planning
  • Materials Planning
  • Deployment
  • Customer Service
  • Innovation Planning (IPRO)
• Build a strong talent pipeline and succession bench
• Elevate analytical maturity and foster a culture of ownership and data-driven decision-making

Cross-functional Influence

• Act as the connective tissue across Commercial, Manufacturing, Finance, and Logistics
• Align priorities, resolve trade-offs, and drive enterprise-level decisions
• Influence without authority in a matrix, global environment

Transformation & Continuous Improvement

• Lead digital and process transformation initiatives (e.g., advanced planning systems such as o9, IBP evolution)
• Implement best-in-class E2E planning practices and governance models
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization across the supply chain

• Strategic supply chain leader with deep experience in integrated planning within complex, fast-moving environments such as the food & beverage industry.

  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end planning functions at scale
  • Strong enterprise mindset with the ability to connect strategy to execution
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at the executive level
  • Deep expertise in S&OP / IBP processes and maturity models
  • Highly analytical, with a passion for data, insights, and decision-making frameworks
  • Resilient and effective in high-pressure, fast-paced operational environments
• Experience & Background
  • +20 years in Supply Chain, with significant experience leading planning functions
  • Experience in food, FMCG, or similar complex manufacturing environments
  • Demonstrated success leading transformation initiatives (digital, process, or organizational)
  • Experience working in matrix, regional or global organizations
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
  • Advanced English
