•    Develop and execute customer and channel strategies aligned with business objectives.
•    Build strong relationships with National Key Accounts and E-Commerce customers to drive sustainable growth.
•    Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes and annual customer planning.
•    Manage customer negotiations, commercial agreements, and contractual discussions.
•    Collaborate closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
•    Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
•    Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and financial controls
•    Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
•    FMCG sales experience, including exposure to National Key Accounts and/or E-Commerce channels.
•    Proven people management experience.
•    Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and customer management skills.
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
•    Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Fluent in English.
