We are looking for "Senior Operations Performance Manager" who will manage Operational Performance within country basis (Turkey) for all categories.
Track operational performance with industrial, logistics, planning, customer service, finance leaders by creating productivity opportunities. Set KPI targets and train and guide and feed the teams with global, internal and external best practices. Develop collaboration with cluster and global engineering partners to bring technologic and digital tools and implement the ones creating productivity for local operations. Reports to Turkey transformation and logistics head.
In this role you will;
• Responsible for controlling & managing operational KPIs (industrial, logistics, customer service, inventory etc.) at very detailed level
• Responsible for ensuring that the targeted KPIs are delivered in a timely manner
• Responsible for analyzing the data and creating productivity opportunities
• Following productivity projects & and support team to create new ones
• Implementation of new operational technology systems, bring the best practices to country from zones and global
• Work closely with IT/OT, Capex, engineering and excellence teams to create and install operational software solutions
• Identify cost saving and process improvement opportunities and realize them on the field
• Track the operational KPIs and create collaborative environment with other departments to reach the targets
• Search and execute analytical tools, systems to optimise industrial and logistics processes and costs
• Create SOPs (standard operation procedures) and implement automation, digitalisation and new technologies where required
• Track the operational performance and guide and push the related teams for higher performance
• Minimum 7 years working experience in supply chain operations management
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field
• 5+ years of experience in FMCG Operations
• Working knowledge and experience in managing Operational KPIs in FMCG
• 3+ years operating in a management capacity
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Project management experience especially on digitalisation and operational systems restructuring
• Knowledge of SC operational KPIs and able to monitor and improve them through analyzing metrics and data-driven decision making
