Location: Wexford

 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Project Manager (L8)  based in Wexford  Supply Point.  This is a key role, responsible for leading complex, cross‑functional product related projects from Develop to Launch, ensuring delivery on time, in full and within budget.

 

The role is critical in driving operational excellence in execution, project governance and strategic alignment at site and central level.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross‑functional project teams locally and centrally to deliver projects OTIF / FTR
  • Build and manage end‑to‑end execution timelines, milestones and risk mitigation plans
  • Drive project governance through best‑in‑class project management practices, processes and tools
  • Accountable for COGS management from Develop to Launch
  • Lead technical & Supply Chain feasibility assessments with PCM and Activity Management
  • Own internal project risk assessments with inputs from QA, PCM, AM and all relevant functions
  • Embed one‑touch principles, leveraging synergies across technical and innovation portfolios
  • Ensure SQCDME KPIs and voice of operation are reflected in gate readiness documents and presentations and ensure alignment with Plant Leadership Team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Management, Economics, Supply Chain, Business or related discipline
  • PMI accreditation (or commitment to complete within the 2 years)
  • Proven experience in Project Management and/or Project Portfolio Management
  • Strong background in manufacturing, operations or supply point environments preferred
