As Senior Sales Manager LATAM, you are responsible for a group of countries operating under a distributor model within our Specialized Nutrition business. You lead and strengthen distributor partnerships while ensuring strong governance and compliant execution across markets.

 

This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, giving you the opportunity to shape markets, build strong partnerships and deliver impact across a diverse and dynamic region. 

 

Together with the Country Acceleration Team, you co-develop and drive the commercial strategy for the region. This includes defining the route-to-market approach, leading Joint Business Plans and ensuring strong execution across sales, performance and investment priorities.

 

You work cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, Healthcare, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain and Commercial Excellence, aligning strategies and driving results across a complex international environment.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy across LATAM markets, driving sustainable and profitable growth
  • Lead and develop strong distributor partnerships, ensuring clear governance, alignment and high-quality execution
  • Co-own and deliver Joint Business Plans, including sales targets, performance KPIs and investment priorities
  • Define and optimise route-to-market strategies to strengthen market presence and cost-to-serve efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategy, drive performance and improve working capital and commercial effectiveness

Sobre ti

You fit this role perfectly if you are/have:

  • University degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Management
  • Experience in a commercial or sales management role within FMCG, healthcare nutrition or a similar international environment
  • Strong experience working with distributor models and managing external partners
  • Solid understanding of category management and commercial principles
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results through influence
  • Experience working with or within Latin American markets and understanding of regional culture
  • Fluent in English and Native in Spanish (Must)
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills
  • Commercially driven, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Known for building strong relationships and acting with integrity and transparency
  • Willingness to travel regularly across LATAM countries
