Systems Business Analyst – Inventory & Supply Chain Benelux

Sobre el trabajo

Are you an SAP Business Analyst with a passion for Inventory, Logistics and Supply Chain operations? Do you enjoy partnering with the business to deliver practical IT solutions that keep critical operations running smoothly?

Join Danone as our Systems Business Analyst - Inventory & Supply Chain Benelux and play a key role in supporting, improving and transforming SAP-based Inventory, Logistics and Supply Chain processes across the Netherlands and Belgium.

In this role, you will be the trusted IT partner for Inventory, Warehousing, 3PO, Logistics and Supply Chain stakeholders. You will translate operational needs into clear IT requirements, ensure continuity of business-critical processes, and drive continuous improvements that help the business operate more efficiently and effectively.

Working closely with business users, key users, AMS partners, vendors and global IT teams, you will help maintain stable operations, resolve issues pragmatically, and support the evolution of our Supply Chain landscape.

As part of the IT & Data Benelux Design to Delivery team, you will combine SAP functional expertise, deep understanding of inventory and logistics processes, and strong business partnering skills to deliver solutions that create tangible value for the business.

Your impact will be reflected in reliable inventory operations, improved logistics processes, stronger collaboration between business and IT, and practical solutions that reduce complexity, risk and operational friction.

What You'll Do

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the main IT contact for Inventory, Supply Chain, Warehousing and Logistics stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs and operational pain points into clear IT requirements and solution options.
  • Prepare and facilitate recurring stakeholder catch-ups, governance discussions and priority reviews.
  • Communicate clearly with business users, key users, AMS partners, vendors and global IT teams.

SAP Inventory & Supply Chain Support

  • Provide functional support for SAP Inventory Management and related Supply Chain processes.
  • Coordinate incidents, service requests and root cause analysis for business-critical inventory flows.
  • Work with AMS and global application teams to ensure service continuity and sustainable resolutions.
  • Support process stability across inventory, inbound/outbound logistics, stock movements and warehouse-related scenarios.

Project Delivery & Change Support

  • Contribute to Supply Chain, warehouse, logistics and transformation projects from design to go-live.
  • Support business requirement gathering, solution validation, testing, UAT preparation and hypercare.
  • Ensure process flows are understood, documented and covered during solution design and deployment.
  • Help prepare training, handover and operational documentation for key users and support teams.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to simplify, harmonize, automate and stabilize Inventory and Supply Chain processes.
  • Promote clear ownership between business, IT, AMS and vendors.
  • Contribute to roadmap discussions and support prioritization based on business impact and operational risk.
