As part of the Corporate Security team, you will focus on Danone's security matters for the Africa & Turkey - Middle East region. Your missions wil be divided as follows :
- 80 % on Africa & Turkey – Middle East topics
- 20 % Travel Risk Management and Morocco security topics
Geographical Perimeter :
Africa & Turkey- Middle East based in Casablanca, Morocco.
You will work alongside the Security Director for the region and your missions will include :
- support the regional security director in promoting security topics across the Africa and Middle-East region
- create a security community with the regional country security managers and identify key points of contacts to relay security matters in countries without security resources
- amplify security awareness campaigns in the region
- ensure business continuity on security topics during crisis events
- support the regional security director and the countries in the region in case of any event impacting Danoners and/or operations
- supervise regional travels in the region
Specific Responsabilities - Africa & Turkey-Middle East Security Management
- Coordinate and cascade security actions and initiatives in the Africa and Middle East region
- Ensure that the security control in Danone’s internal audit process is low risk for regional entities
- In support of the regional security director, participate in investigations and root cause analysis following security incidents
- Ensure business continuity on security topics during crisis events
- Coordinate training and prevention initiatives to foster a regional security culture
- Animate a regional security community with all country security managers in the region
- Review and update security policies and procedures
- Relay all key security messages throughout the region in creating communication tools and in identifying key security contacts in each regional country where Danone operates
Specific Responsabilities - Travel Risk Management
- Supervise international trips with a specific focus on the Africa, Turkey, and Middle East region
- Maintain a regional security monitoring and proactively inform travellers of all events that could impact their business trips
- Relay corporate communication campaigns on Travel Risk Management in the region and propose communication initiatives
- Ensure that trips to High-risk destinations in the Africa, Turkey, and Middle East Region are compliant with Danone’s Pre-Trip Request Procedure
Specific Responsabilities - Morocco
- Support the Country Security Manager during crisis events
- Work on ad-hoc projects with the objective to maximise security awareness in the country
Your position in the organisation :
- You will report directly to the Security Director in charge of coordinating DANONE Africa & Turkey -Middle East for Security.
- You will interact with
- the Corporate Security team members for the Travel Risk Management part.
- the Morocco Security manager for security in Morocco.
- all Africa & Turkey – Middle East Security managers and other stakeholders, upon the request of your manager.
Sobre ti
Ready to become a Danoner? We are looking for someone who :
- Is available from January 2025.
- Has a Master’s degree in international relations or similar field.
- Is fluent in French and English. To be fluent in Arabic is desired.
- Has experienced working/studying abroad via internships and/or exchange programs.
- Is confident in a multicultural context with an ability to adapt rapidly.
- Is able to work in autonomy.
- Has good communication skills.
Are you eligible for a V.I.E?
V.I.E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.
You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation.
You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.
You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your V.I.E.
You have never done a V.I.E before.
What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E ?
There are no taxes and charges on salary, as a V.I.E your social security is covered by April international.
You will be granted with 2,5 days off per month.
Your gratification is fixed according to the Business France grid.
The cost of your back-and-forth flight or train tickets is covered.
