Danone Middle East & North Africa is looking for a passionate, self-motivated Senior Brand Manager based in Cairo, Egypt, to support the Specialized Nutrition Business (Infant formula milk & 1st diet) . The Senior Brand Manager will act as a key driver of the consumer marketing strategy across MENA CBU, covering +11 countries with key focus on Egypt, Jordan, KSA, GCC Countries& Pakistan. The role accelerates brand growth, equity, and profitability by leading insights-driven plans, marketing excellence, and innovation agendas. You will act a strategic partner to commercial and cross functional teams, ensuring strong consumer connection, best in class execution and impactful brand performance.
This role manages complexity at a regional scale, operating across diverse markets, managing agencies across countries.it requires navigating market -specific dynamics, regulatory environments, while adhering to Danone code of ethics and external countries regulations.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Brand Strategy & Integrated Communication Leadership
Lead the development and execution of integrated communication plans across all markets, fully aligned with brand strategy and portfolio KPIs.
Translate consumer, market, and competitive insights into actionable strategies that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion.
Define clear objectives and KPIs and ensure all brand activities deliver against them.
Ensure flawless execution of communication strategies across the most effective channels
Digital, Media & Consumer Engagement
Own the strategic role of digital and online journey: social, CRM, influencers, mobile, online, website, ecommerce; and embed them into end-to-end consumer journeys.
Continuously monitor channel performance and optimize media and digital plans to maximize ROI and recruitment efficiency.
Develop consumer online journey with relevant content, assets, and experiences that strengthen early connection with moms and improve overall engagement that prolong the journey
Insights, Innovation & Portfolio Growth
Drive the Strategic Innovation Pipeline and support localized rollout of innovations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and market requirements.
Lead packaging and labeling changes in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Conduct deep-dive insight work to anticipate consumer needs and shape future product and communication strategies.
D) Performance Management & Commercial Excellence
Lead monthly brand and market performance reviews; flag risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct in-depth SKU performance analysis across portfolio
Manage A&P budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, and continuous improvement in ROI.
E) Cross-Functional & Market Collaboration
Partner closely with across functions to ensure integrated planning and flawless execution.
Guide market teams in adopting best practices, delivering impactful local activation, and achieving KPIs.
