YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

Within the IT & DATA team, this internship will take place in Rueil-Malmaison at  French headquarters starting from january 2025.

David, Global UX Lead, will support you to thrive in your missions:

- Assist in the planning and execution of the Microsoft Teams Rooms deployment.

- Collaborate with the IT team to set up, configure, and test Microsoft Teams Rooms systems.

- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during the deployment.

- Document deployment processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

- Provide support to end-users during the transition to the new system.

- Contribute to training materials and user guides for Microsoft Teams Rooms.

- Assist in project coordination and communication with stakeholders.

Ready to become a real Danoner? We are looking for someone:

- Available from January for a duration of 6 months

- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Office 365.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proactive and eager to learn new technologies

- Language : Do you speak English ? We need someone who is fluent / (to put if English is a prerequisite)
