1. Closing & Forecasting | Budget Control - (50%)
• Lead Closing and Forecasting process on Topline and Spending Control.
•  Consolidate Spending and Topline forecast from each channel into total company as well as provide R&O and challenge the status quo.
• Responsible for the accurate and timely monthly closing process for RBTS spending
•  Produce monthly reports | Scorecard to communicate to stakeholders on spending.
•  Ensure accuracy, timeliness, proper approval for Rebate trade support (RBTS) process. 
•  Responsible to work with stakeholders on actual variance explanation & budget control spending to ensure company spend within budge.t
•  Prepare and analyse budgets, projection and spending plans on a timely basis.
•  Ensure the spending submission on the request for regional team.
•  Lead and provide key financials work to drive better company financial performance eg. profitability. 
•  Monthly meeting with sales and trade marketing and discuss on mitigation plan. 
•  Forecast on FCF relative to AR/AP of Sales revenue and Sales Spending. 
2. Ensure true and fair financial reporting and satisfactory internal control is present- (10%)
• Coordinator for overall Internal Control matters for the business unit. 
• Develop good compliance end to end business workflows with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance and policies are fully practice and followed by the stakeholders.
3. Business development / Financial Simulations / ROI Analysis/ Team contribution - (40%)
• Lead and oversee Sales Finance Team activities as well as ensure smooth collaborations with cross-functional team.
• Continuous develop and improve working process for the company and to catch up with business requirements. 
• Drive process improvement projects. 
• Drive investment evaluation and ROI for business decision making.
• Analyse on financial impact according to Sales team’s requirements and finance team’s requirements such as promotion campaign, ROI, new route to market, feasibility study, customers performance P&L etc.
• Provide training to Sales departments to enhance the understanding of Finance’s matter.
• Timely complete Ad-hoc Projects for finance and sales team.

• At least 10 years of experience in FP&A/Cash management.
• 3-4 solid years in FMCG commercial finance country role. 
• Degree in Accounting / Professional Accounting / Engineering/ Finance.
• Independent, technically sound, meticulous, flexible, ambitious, and pleasant personality.
