Trade Marketing Specialist

YOUR responsibilities as a Trade Marketing Specialist will include (but not limited to):

• Aiming for strong profitable and sustainable business growth, ensuring the best Brand Activation in every Retailer
• Strong coordination role between Marketing and Sales
• Build a clear trade marketing activation strategy by Brand/Retailer with relevant and innovative activation plans
• Ownership of strategic planning, coordination, and implementation of Brand assortment changes/innovations and responsibility for perfect in-store or e-commerce activations.
• Plays a key role in post-evaluation, identifying business opportunities, gaps and proposing corrective actions.
• Budget management

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist with the following profile:

• 3-5 years experience in the field of trade marketing/marketing/sales in the FMCG industry
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• Fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written)
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions
• Experience in managing budgets and allocating resources effectively
• Knowledge of shopper behavior and ability to develop activation ideas that resonate with the target audience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Strong track record in creating and managing campaigns
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on opportunities
• Flexible personality with a willingness to learn new things through experimenting
