The UX & Food Science Manager is responsible for driving research and development initiatives focused on user experience and food science. Its objective is to optimize the sensory, nutritional and functional quality of products while guaranteeing a superior consumer experience.

UX component: - Develop and drive innovative strategies to improve user experience and customer satisfaction, in collaboration with marketing, IT, and customer service teams. This includes implementing new approaches and optimizing existing processes. - Identify and analyze market trends to create opportunities for innovation and product improvement. This requires constant monitoring and rapid adaptation to market developments. - Work closely with the research and development teams to integrate UX aspects into R&I projects, ensuring the consistency and efficiency of the proposed solutions. Synergy between teams will be a key success factor. - Create, develop, and provide detailed reports, including in-depth analyses of the data collected, recommendations based on the results obtained, and regular updates on the progress of projects. These reports will be essential for monitoring and adjusting strategies. Nutrition component: - Lead research projects in UX and nutrition, ensuring compliance with nutrition and food safety standards and regulations. Rigour and respect for standards will be essential. - Perform user testing and analyze feedback to optimize interfaces and features. User feedback will be crucial for continuous improvements. - Collaborate with marketing, product development, and technology teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of proposed solutions. Good communication and coordination between teams will be required. - Support project coordination and management by monitoring and reporting on project progress.
