OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Candidates selected at the pre-selection phase are then invited to an HR interview.
We seek to understand the candidate's career aspirations, their ability to integrate into the company culture and to verify certain basic technical skills.
The final stage consists of an interview with the manager of the team concerned.
This interview is more technical and specific to the job.
The manager assesses your technical skills, your ability to solve problems and to work as part of a team.
This is also an opportunity for you to ask more specific questions about the job and the team.
