We are looking for a Bachelor/Master student in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or any other related field.

You are proactive, enthusiastic, and not afraid to ask questions. Comfortable working within an international environment both independently and as part of a team.

You are a self-starter who can bring your own ideas.

You possess great communication skills and enjoy interacting with numerous stakeholders, supporting your team members, and helping others.

Requirements

• Enrolled as a student during the entire internship period (non-EU citizens must be enrolled at a Dutch university).
• Available to start from 1 August 2026 for a minimum of 6 months, 4 to 5 days per week.
• Fluent in English - spoken and written.
• Power BI (must-have): dashboarding, KPI reporting, data visualization.
• Digital mindset: comfortable with new systems/tools; improves processes with smart solutions.
• Able to work from Hoofddorp (DPA), minimum 2 times per week.
• Relocation to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and obtaining a BSN are required.
