PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Support the Marketing and Admin of Head of Marketing
- Responsible for supporting admin tasks to the Head of Marketing including advance, payments/claims, logistic supports and consolidating reports.
- Insist Head of Marketing on data management, bookkeeping and documentation filing.
- Provide general administrative supports and make sure filing documents are well organized and easily accessed for the whole marketing department
- Check payments and documents to ensure accuracy before process for approval
- Coordinate with marketing team, cross functions to get data scorecard and consolidate monthly report.
Support the Brand Management and Administration DUGRO brand function
- To support admin works for Green team (Dugro/FDB) such as PR, PO, GR, E-CVM,
- MOH License application, budget tracking…etc.
- To Take lead some projects under the supervision of each brand manager.
- To execute some parts of the campaign activities for both Dugro powder and FDB.
- To assist in working cross functions in doing some projects from Dugro/FDB team.
- To support in checking internal and external payments of the function.
- To work with other MBU in the regions to complete some admin jobs, transactions and adhoc projects/requests.
- To arrange internal events and meetings for efficient and effective results.
- Other tasks assigned such as filling documents, internal data management…etc.
About you
CAPABILITY PROFILE – Required Background
Education & Knowledge:
- University degree, major in Marketing / Management / Business or related field
Experience:
- Fresh graduate or 1 year work experience in admin or marketing Experience
- Require high degree of independence and pro-activeness, willing to learn…
- Able to communicate and write in English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Offices (World, Excel and power point)
- Some experiences, especially with FMCG company is a plus
