Join Danone’s Research & Innovation team — the people behind market-leading brands like Activia, Evian, Alpro, and Blédina — during a key transformation as we roll out our new Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system across Europe. This system is the digital backbone that connects everything from recipe creation to ingredient specifications, packaging design, and factory production processes, ensuring our products reach consumers with the quality and consistency they expect.
You’ll be right at the heart of this transformation — helping make our product data future‑ready and ensuring teams can innovate smoothly.
Your Key Missions
1. Make Our Product Data Migration‑Ready
Work on Dairy, Water, Plant-based & First diet categories to:
- Identify missing or inconsistent data,
- Coordinate corrections with R&I developers,
- Ensure all specs fit the new PLM data model so factories and teams can use them smoothly.
2. Be a Solution Finder & Dot Connector
This role is perfect for people who enjoy understanding how things link together. You will:
- Combine data from different sources and categories,
- Spot patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities,
- Build smart bridges between teams, tools, and information,
- Turn scattered data into clear, actionable decisions.

3. Collaborate Across Europe
You’ll work with:
- R&I product & pack developers,
- Data remediation specialists,
- Global PLM implementation teams.

About you
To succeed in this role, you need to have:
- Degree in Food Science or Packaging Technology or related technical/scientific field,
- Comfortable with Excel; Power BI is a plus,
- Ability to understand product specifications (ingredients, recipes, processing, packaging),
- A structured, rigorous approach to data consistency,
- Curiosity + “connect‑the‑dots” problem‑solving skills,
- Strong communication and teamwork,
- Fluent English.
