ABOUT THE JOB

 

Danone is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Compensation and Benefits Advisor to support the design and delivery of our reward programs across Australia and New Zealand. In this 15-month fixed-term contact role, reporting to the Head of Talent, Learning & Reward, you will manage operational reward processes, provide guidance to HR and employees, and ensure compliance with policies and market standards. This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and external providers to deliver best-in-class compensation and benefits solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver key reward processes such as Annual Salary Review, short- and long-term incentives, sales incentive and employee share plans, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Participate in benchmarking activities, support compensation reviews, and maintain compliance with legal and internal standards.
  • Coordinate local benefits programs and providers, ensuring smooth delivery and integration with regional/global frameworks.
  • Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and employees on all matters related to rewards and benefits.
  • Support the management and delivery of recognition programs across ANZ, ensuring alignment with company values.
  • Provide data and reporting support for HR cycles, including ad hoc requests and compliance-related submissions (e.g., WGEA).

About you

ABOUT YOU

 

You are a proactive and analytical HR professional with a passion for delivering fair and competitive reward solutions. You thrive on collaboration, have a keen eye for detail, and are committed to enhancing the employee experience.

 

Ideally, you will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation, benefits, or reward operations.
  • Exposure to salary review cycles, benefits administration, and benchmarking.
  • Experience working with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and tools like Excel or PowerBI for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with local employment laws and compliance standards is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
