Unit Sales Manager
As a Unit Sales Manager, you will oversee indirect branch operations to ensure optimal performance and efficient execution & drive revenue growth through strategic planning and strong operational leadership.
The role requires strong financial acumen, distributor management, and daily performance monitoring.
As a Unit Sales Manager, you will be doing the following activities:
- Manage indirect branch operations and closely follow up with the team to ensure resources are utilized efficiently and effectively.
- Define and execute an excellence‑driven operational strategy, including the annual revenue plan and target setting.
- Manage, monitor, and optimize the Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.
- Analyze financial KPIs and oversee daily operational performance for the team.
- Manage distributors in a proactive and flexible manner to capture opportunities on the spot.
About you
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the Sales field.
- FMCG experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills.
- Solid understanding of Sales Fundamentals.
- Ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Experience managing branch operations and leading a sales team.
- To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to drive results.
