YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:
As a member of Connect team, you will provide crucial role in supporting both operational and
project activities. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Project Coordination: You will collaborate with Finance, IT, and Data teams to track project progress, ensure alignment, and support the preparation and organization of key deliverables.
2. Process Improvement & Automation: You will help identify opportunities to simplify manual activities through automation, participate in workflow testing, and assist in validating and documenting process improvements.
3. Reporting & Dashboard Support (Power BI): You will contribute to updating and enhancing dashboards, checking data accuracy and consistency, and proposing improvements to make reports more intuitive.
4. User Support: You will respond to user questions related to the project or tools and help facilitate training sessions or demonstrations.
5. Communication & Change Support: You will support the creation of clear and engaging communication materials, help distribute project updates across internal channels, and contribute to maintaining and improving the Connect SharePoint site.
6. Innovation & Digital Exploration: You will take part in testing innovative solutions—including AI features—and propose ideas that enhance user experience and overall efficiency.

About you
To achieve great things together, we are looking for someone:
We are looking for a proactive and motivated team player with a proactive attitude, and a strong interest in finance digitalization. How the ideal candidate looks like:
1. Final-year student in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
2. Comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
3. Comfortable in a technical environment and curious to explore and test new tools and use cases
4. A previous internship or experience in Finance is a plus
5. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
6. Fluent in English
