This is a two-faceted role responsible for projects delivery and master data and execution for LVP site as well as inventory planning for R&P and SFG materials.
Lead the FAM and Master Data team to ensure successful management of CBU requests and internal projects relating to SKU management. Ensure the wider business needs are fully understood and managed. Primary point of contact for the Liverpool site, represent Liverpool within the project team ensuring that the project meets all of the Liverpool requirements.
Responsible for master data and short, medium- and long-term planning & call-off of Raws, Packs and Semi Finished materials to support the Powders portfolio of products.
Working within the S&OP process to plan achievement of business inventory targets and to highlight capacity gaps in vendor supply or supply point capability.
The ultimate goal is to optimise the balance between the right availability and inventory costs to ensure the lowest total cost and impact on cash cycle.

Candidate Profile;
- Financial aptitude and good business understanding.
- Presentation skills, crystallising complex topics to meet an audience needs.
- Strong and clear action planning in times of escalation and crisis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of IT systems (SAP R/3, SAP APO, Office).
- Proficient in Excel, able to build robust models and tools for the team.
- Knowledge of materials, suppliers, financial flows, internal (local + central) planning routines.
- Prioritisation and commitment to deliverables and deadlines.
- Communication, interpersonal skills, stakeholder management.
- Entrepreneurial attitude.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with team & stakeholders.
- Tenacious & resilient with adaptability under pressure.

- Hands-on mentality.
Critical Experience Required;
Professionally educated (ideally degree-level Supply Chain, Procurement or Engineering)
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment essential
5 years’ experience in supply chain materials planning environment essential
Previous experience in vendor management and projects management beneficial
