Supply Chain Controller CEE

(Full-time, Location: Budapest, Prague, Bratislava, Bucharest or Sofia)

 

Are you ready to drive supply chain excellence across a dynamic, international region? We are seeking a proactive and analytical Supply Chain Controller CEE to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and optimize supply chain financial processes, ensure compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver operational efficiency and cost savings across multiple CEE countries. This is a fixed-term, 18-month contract.

YOUR responsibilities as a Supply Chain Controller CEE will include (but not limited to):

  • Responsibility for the logistic costs of 5 countries (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia)
  • Oversee and control supply chain financial processes, including forecasting (rolling forecast), planning (GPS), monthly closing and variance analysis for the CEE region
  • Implement and maintain effective supply chain procedures and controls in line with global and local policies
  • Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and operations teams to support business planning and decision-making
  • Prepare and present regular monthly reports on supply chain performance, KPIs, and financial results to local CEE and Zone (Europe) main business partners
  • Productivity animation
  • Lead or support projects related to process improvement, digitalization, and cost optimization
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements across all supply chain activities
  • Act as a business partner to internal stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for supply chain improvements

 

About you

We are looking for the following profile:

  • University degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain controlling, finance, or a similar analytical role (experience in CEE region is an advantage)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with SAP or other ERP systems is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Fluent in English plus one of the following languages preferred: Hungarian, Czech, Slovak, Romanian or Bulgarian
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
