- Overhead cost Controlling for some areas of the DACH Cluster, ensuring adherence to financial policies and driving efficiency, accuracy and fostering collaboration to achieve financial objectives.
- Deep analysis on People Costs and non-people cost, such as T&E, temporary labout and company vehicules
- Offer constructive challenges and financial insights, monitoring risks and opportunities to support decision-making.
- Support Finance transformation, driving continuous improvement of tools, processes, and reports.
- Digitalization of Overheads scope
- Partnering with board members and HRBPs
応募資格など
- Successfully completed studies, preferably in business administration with specialization in finance
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in finance/controlling
- Strong communication, negotiating and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking, challenging mindset and process optimization mentality
- High flexibility, learning capacity, agility and resilience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), SAP, Tagetik and Power BI is a plus
- Fluent language skills in German and English
Start is asap in Munich, Frankfurt am Main or Nürnberg.
