Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily operations through various control systems (ETIT, TOTAL, Auto Win Win, Dashboard, etc..)
• Monitor truck utilization, routes and suggest enhancements towards a leaner operation
•  Ensure correct implementation of WISE and AIB guidelines in the designated region
• Develop and motivate teams while ensuring healthy competition between branches
• Collect data and report monthly KPIs for the designated region
• Responsible for SQCDMN KPIs in the designated region
• Regularly visit branches and hold meetings with drivers
• Plan and execute raw milk plan from contracted farms
• Conduct regular field visits and driving behavioral audits

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

Personal Competencies / Education:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or any relevant major
• 0-2 years of experience in transportation management
• Leadership skills, managing large group of frontliners
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously 
• Very good communication skills
• Analytical and numerical skills
• Self-motivated & problem solver

Technical Competencies:

• Transportation Planning
• Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, word and PowerPoint)
• Transportation Management
• Driving safety
