To implement & analyze the RTM Model in key distributor/city/depo based on Key opportunities on how to serve all channel in the most effective and efficient way in order to win the competition in the market
Identify & propose initiative and monitor sales fundamental to increase productivity and cost effectiveness by developing plan which support company objectives
This position is required min experienced in Sales and Manager level min 3 years.

- Having experienced in Sales, RTM, and managerial level min 3 years
- Experienced in Sales Field for minimum 2 years
- Proven experience in managing RTM strategies across multiple channels (e.g., GT, MT, e-commerce, wholesale).
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing external partners (distributors, agencies).
