YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE :

This apprenticeship will take place in Paris (75009), at our headquarters starting from September 2025.

• Operational HR Management: Oversee interns and apprentices within the scope — act as the first HR point of contact, manage administrative tasks related to contracts, and actively contribute to community engagement.
• Employee Support: Provide day-to-day support to employees in collaboration with the HR Business Partner (HRBP).
• Support for HR Cycle Deployment: Ensure data quality, monitor employee onboarding and offboarding, and participate in key HR cycle milestones such as goal setting between employees and managers.
• Participation in Cross-Functional HR Projects: Act as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for HR communication within the function’s community, and contribute to working groups related to HR process coordination.

Ready to become a real Danoner? We are looking for someone :

· Available from September for a duration of 12 months

· You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business school or engineering school

· Appetences : curious, communication skills, adaptability 

· Language : Do you speak English ? We need someone who is fluent

· You feel comfortable with Excel and Power point
