As our Marketing Leader for Tube and Medical Devices, you will drive the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives for our Nutrison Core and Medical Devices product line. This role is crucial in advancing our mission by developing innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes and contribute to the growth of our business.

 

The key responsibilities are:

  • Lead the definition and execution of strategies across global markets, focusing on growth, innovation, product lifecycle management, and strategic planning.
  • Define and enhance the Nutrison Core and Medical Devices business model, deploying global playbooks to accelerate core business, penetrate new growth spaces, and provide an outstanding experience for patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in existing and new geographic markets and segments to expand the Nutrison Core and Medical Devices business, ensuring sustainable growth and market leadership.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and credibility, with the ability to influence and partner with senior global stakeholders and local marketing leaders.
  • Lead cross-functional global teams and manage multi-dimensional challenges.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in Tube Feeding and Medical Devices sector.
  • Optimize the product portfolio and lead the innovation strategy of new Tube Feeding and Medical Devices, ensuring they meet market needs and regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with R&I, regulatory, and commercial teams to drive innovation and bring new products to market efficiently.

Sobre ti

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to define and prioritize a winning product portfolio and brand strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
