As a Senior Brand Manager, you will (co-) develop the strategic plan, taking the lead for your respective category, and will empower your team members to successfully drive the execution of it. You are responsible for implementation & evaluation of specific marketing plans to achieve both short- & long-term growth. You will report to the HC Head of Marketing Adult Benelux.

You will be working closely together and in full alignment with a cross-functional team, including but not limited to (consumer) marketing, medical, healthcare solutions, and finance. Other responsibilities for you will be:

  • Analyze business dynamics & propose ways to further strengthen brand plans from Health Care perspective
  • Identifying new opportunities to drive the portfolio, managing innovation plans/-projects
  • Successful development of impactful marketing plans & campaigns, including MCE and mid- to long term category and brand strategies
  • Support improvement of the P&L for the Adult Oral & disease specific category and realize market share targets of your respective categories, segments and brands NutriDrink/ Forticare/Fortimel
  • Optimization of the Value Chain along the patient & customer journey, leveraging differentiating innovation beyond the product
  • All the above in a Benelux context. You are responsible to drive both markets for the Adult Oral category, leveraging best practices between countries while considering the different business dynamics.

Sobre ti

To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record as product or brand manager (5 years minimum). In addition, you will need to be curious and eager to learn about the type of business and products we have. Furthermore, it's important to:

  • Being able to create insights-based communication in a visually attractive manner and with clear messaging and link to the strategy plans
  • experience with MCE or digital campaigns is a preference
  • Be ambitious, proactive, pragmatic, self-starter with ability to take ownership.
  • Have a good balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Enjoy working in a cross -functional environment
  • Be fluent in English and Dutch (must have), French (nice to have)

Needed for succes

To be successful in this role, you have been working in a marketing function for at least 5 years. You have experience in working within cross-functional teams, and in managing and influencing a diverse set of stakeholders. You can cope with complex environments and projects and are able to grasp complex matters quickly. You have an affinity to nutrition and health and enjoy the idea of being able to positively influence people´s health and wellbeing.
