We are looking for a proactive and enthusiast HR Trainee to join our team. 

As an HR Trainee you will be exposed to lots of topics which will give you the opportunity to learn, building up your capabilities and experience an international, dynamic environment. You will work close to your line manager, the local HR Business Partner, who will guide you in your journey. 

• Work closely with HR team on different projects and initiatives, while bringing fresh ideas and perspectives. 
• First point of contact for external workforce (employees and agencies) while overseeing the people processes (under the HRBP’s supervision) 
• Verifies and prepares monthly reports related to external workforce 
• Building trusting relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders (workforce agencies, office supplies, team leaders etc.) 
• Offers support to HRBP on different situations: recruitment processes, collecting data for internal announcements, job descriptions etc. 
• Point of contact for contracts registration, responsible for full cycle of POs management (purchase orders) and other administrative tasks; 
• Ad hoc tasks as required by line manager. 

Job requirements: 

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 

• Strong interest in HR topics; 

• Proactive, adaptable and self-driven, with a ‘can-do’ attitude; 

• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects at the same time; 

• Analytical with good attention to details; 

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); 

• Good communication skills in English; 

• Fire up when there is a challenge but keep your cool when there are multiple priorities or peaks in workload; 

• Have a light-hearted sense of humour.
