We are seeking a Internal Communications Manager to join our Corporate Affairs and Communication team for a 1-year parental leave, starting June 1st. You will be reporting to Head of Corporate & Public Affairs.

About the Role

As an Internal Communications (IC) Manager, you will be responsible for:

Internal Communications:

• Digital Content Creation: Develop and manage content for digital channels, including projects like Be Well and Danone Day.
• Design: Use Canva to create visually appealing content tailored to team and project needs.
• Presentations: Design and update presentations, announcement forms, and content for lock & TV screens.

Management of Communication Channels:

• Townhalls and Country Connects: Coordinate bi-monthly townhalls and country connects, ensuring engaging and relevant content.
• Workplace Administration: Manage Norbal News, People in Norbal, and country pages for Baltics, Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark.
• Platform Superuser: Act as the superuser for My Danone, Viva Engage, and SharePoint.
• Founda Knowledge Manager: Approve and administer content and new articles into Founda as well as supporting authors with training & guidance

Data and Surveys Management:

• DPS Survey: Create and execute questionnaires, design content using Canva, and analyze results.
• Pulse Survey: Conduct annual surveys, align questions with the Culture function, design communication materials, set up surveys, prepare employee lists, and analyze data.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in digital tools such as Canva, Klaxoon, Asana, and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.
