The mission of performance manager is to drive and improve plant performance in the KPI of SQCDME (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Motivation, and Environment). Main focus will be Cost and Delivery to drive productivity and efficiency. Understand product making process in deep and find opportunities for improvement, propose concrete solutions, involve stakeholders and managing/controlling the progress of productivity projects. To drive productivity, setting up right capability and standard system to organizations are expected. Methodology to be used will be Damaway (a.k.a TPM: Total Productive Maintenance) and building capability to use these methodology and tools are required.
Main responsibilities
• Manage factory data to report out plant KPI
• Utilize Power BI to visualize and identify issues to solve
• Drive plant productivity / Line efficiency involving other function and key stakeholders
• Analyze data to support OE and PR improvement.
• Develop N-1 (people capability development)
• Support plant budgeting process with PLT (plant leadership team) and finance controller
Educational Background
• Bachelor/Master of science or engineering or 10+ years of manufacturing experience
Technical Skills and Experiences required
• Microsoft Office 365 proficiency
• Manufacturing experience, such as production, maintenance, utility and performance
• Data analysis experience to apply for problem solving
• Power BI or Power Automate experience
• Basic understanding of IWS or TPM
• Working in experience in FMCG. Food / Pharmaceutical industry is even better.
• Communication skill / Teaching skill
• Japanese / English in business level
