As our Legal and Compliance Intern, you will be working with our R&I Legal and Compliance team, who oversees all legal and compliance topics within the R&I organization in The Netherlands, France and Singapore, including all our categories (Essential Dairy- and Plant-Based, Waters, Specialized Nutrition). You will primarily be supporting the team with management of our contracting tool, contract drafting, legal administrative support. Additionally, you will be highly involved in monitoring the implementation of existing legal & compliance processes within the company. As we are working with various stakeholders, you will learn more about stakeholder management and support us in a variety of legal topics across a corporate environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Reviewing of contracts such as NDAs, GTCs and other R&I legal documents;
• Supporting in compliance-related topics, e.g. support in the update of existing registers, involvement with stakeholders to ensure implementation of procedures, preparation of checklists to ease implementation of procedures, revision of Compliance forms, etc.;
• Providing general administrative support to the legal team including vendor creation and invoicing when engaging external lawfirms, scheduling group meetings and events, prepare PowerPoint presentations, organizing files, and maintaining databases.
• Acting as the point of contact for internal stakeholders to explain the use of tools, documents, and legal processes.
• Assisting with corporate matters such as PoAs, Board resolutions, etc.
• Managing our contracting tool; e.g. manage approval flows, signature flows, contract deposits, reports, etc.;
• Researching specific topics or questions and legal watch for our 3 divisions.

• You are currently a student pursuing a degree in Law or other related studies
• You are curious and eager to learn more about legal and compliance related topics
• Excellent communication skills and like to be in touch with multiple stakeholders
• You are proactive and not afraid of a challenge
• You are proficient in using Microsoft Office programs
• You have an eye for detail

Mandatory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors or Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
• In the case of non-EU students, it is mandatory to have a 3-party agreement with the university;
• Ideally available to start in May 2026 for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
• You are able to work from Utrecht, NL.
• Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN number.
