As a Recruitment Intern, you will support our Talent Acquisition team in delivering high-quality recruitment processes and building a strong employer brand. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international FMCG environment.

We will support your onboarding so you can:

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles

• Publish job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms

• Screen CVs and support candidate pre-selection

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain candidate data in the ATS and recruitment databases

• Assist with employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives

• Prepare recruitment reports and administrative documentation

• Cooperate with local and international colleagues and teams

Who we are looking for

• Student or recent graduate (HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology or related fields preferred) or anyone with strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR processes

• Very good command of English (min. B2); Polish required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks
