At Danone, Manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently looking to hire a Inventory/Accounts Payable based in Jacksonville Florida! 

This position is responsible for all Accounts Payable Operations including processes associated with invoice entry, from receipt of requests for payment through invoice posting utilizing PO’s or direct FI posting, vendor maintenance and reconciliation, internal and external communication. Assist with discrepancy resolution, daily payment runs and other reports and special projects as needed.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance preferred or 3 to 5 years related work experience 
• SAP (FI, CO, MM modules) proficiency
• Strong Excel (report formatting with automation/macros, data mining, functions)
• Strong analytical and interpersonal support skills (Data driven and team engager)
• Learning agility / comfortable in a fast-paced and highly flexible environment
• Strong organizer who can handle constant interruption while keeping eyes on target
• Ability to quickly summarize data and capture quickly changing assumptions
• Experience in Dairy and/or Food manufacturing environment a plus
• Skill set in understanding Union Labor constraints, Impact of scheduling on Cost a plus
• Self-motivation and desire to progress to higher, more demanding roles within Finance
