Nutricia (owned by Danone) is currently looking for a Key Account Manager based in QLD to join our talented Healthcare Nutrition team. You will manage multiple key accounts throughout the QLD territory, providing support and ensuring customer satisfaction, whilst working towards set goals and business objectives to drive growth.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing, supporting & creating value for key accounts to ensure they have an exceptional experience using Nutricia products & services
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals who work across public & private hospitals, the community setting and in Oncology, to support them in optimising both organisational & patient outcomes
  • Using your scientific knowledge to educate customers on Nutricia’s portfolio of products and the evidence that supports best practice.
  • Developing & executing account plans based on mutually beneficial value drivers, to support healthcare professionals and grow Nutricia’s business
  • Navigating healthcare organisations and interacting with a range of stakeholders to uncover needs, and drive large scale value.
  • Collaborate with the wider field-based team as well as other internal functions to deliver the Healthcare Nutrition strategy to your customers

Sobre ti

We are seeking a passionate Key Account Manager to drive sales of medical nutrition products, with a special focus on supporting the cancer care program. The ideal candidate will have a robust sales background, strong connections with healthcare professionals, and a deep understanding of oncology patients' needs. You should be self-motivated, able to manage your time efficiently, and prioritize a dynamic workload. Your commercial acumen will help you identify opportunities and solve problems effectively.

Ideally you will have:

  • Tertiary Qualification in Dietetics/Nutrition/Science or Registered Healthcare Professional 
  • Prior experience working as a KAM/BDM/Sales Rep in the Medical Nutrition field 
  • Proven ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders in the hospital setting, and motivation to continue to seek opportunities for business growth
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with ease
  • A natural commercial acumen
  • Good negotiation and networking skills
  • Resilient with the ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively
