ABOUT THE JOB

 

We’re seeking a proactive and technically skilled Operations Transformation Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract, reporting to the Head of Customer Experience. In this role, you will lead the strategic transformation and continuous improvement of the Medical Devices (Pumps) roadmap, with a strong focus on embedding new ways of working and building technical solutions that enhance the operating model.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management Leadership and Execution: Lead the operational project delivery of the business roadmap by driving cross-functional transformation, implementing tech-driven process improvements, developing communication strategies to support continuous improvement, and building scalable technical models aligned with business strategy.

  • Project Management Process: Drive process improvement and service optimisation using data-driven insights, ensuring alignment with Danone’s technology capabilities and budget.

  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the strategic liaison for key stakeholders by aligning transformation goals, managing milestones, resolving challenges with mitigation plans, and addressing evolving needs across local and regional levels.

  • Communication: Develop and implement a communication strategy to drive process adoption, ensuring proactive updates for teams and formal engagement with key stakeholders across the business.

You are a strategic, solutions-focused transformation leader with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement. With strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset, you simplify complexity into scalable, tech-enabled solutions. You excel at aligning stakeholders, leading change, and translating data into actionable insights. Your expertise spans technical solution designIT delivery, and automation, ideally within FMCGhealthcare, or medical devices.

 

Ideally, you will have:

  • Proven experience in Project and Transformation Management, with a strong foundation in Continuous Process Improvement.
  • A background in business, management, or information technology; qualifications in Business Transformation or Project Management are highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in EDICRM systems, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder managementcommunication, and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in FMCGhealthcare, or medical devices is advantageous but not essential.
