Danone Specialized Nutrition Indonesia is looking for experienced Production Supervisor to ensure production operations run safely, efficiently, and in line with daily targets, while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, and effectively leading and developing the team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about building their capabilities in a fast-paced environment and contributing to continuous improvement across our factory operations. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to monitor production performance, address operational issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Having Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
• Having 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing; Food & Beverage or FMCG industry is preferred
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end production processes, including material handling, mixing, processing, filling/packing, and basic equipment operations
• Familiar with manufacturing systems, digital tools, and operational excellence methodologies
• Skilled in implementing safety principles (JSA/HIRA, LOTO)
• Knowledge of quality systems such as HACCP, CCP/OPRP, GMP, Halal, and food safety standards
• Ability to support planning, problem‑solving, and process improvement activities
• Strong leadership and team management
• Good decision‑making, communication, and teamwork
• Fluent in English, agile and dare to challenge status quo 
• Willing to be placed in Ciracas & Sentul Factory
