• Maintain fleet reliability through preventive/corrective maintenance and root‑cause analysis.
• Ensure proper performance of refrigeration units and uphold cold‑chain standards.
• Lead workshop operations: assign tasks, supervise technicians, and ensure quality execution.
• Train and coach technicians while monitoring performance and promoting safety culture.
• Coordinate with Operations to maximize vehicle availability and respond quickly to breakdowns.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure proper use of approved components.
• Ensure compliance with safety/quality standards and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Prepare maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement to reduce breakdowns and improve uptime.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in the maintenance of the light trucks (diesel engines, drivetrain, brakes, suspension).
• A proven experience within the FMCG/Dairy context is a plus.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS) or fleet management platforms.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS office suite.
