YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE: 

This apprenticeship will take place in Rueil-Malmaison, at our headquarters starting from start date. You will be part of the EU Innovation and Productivity Realization Office (IPRO). This team is responsible for managing the European project portfolio across First Diet (Baby Food), Waters, Dairy and Plant-Based, as well as governing project stage gates. The EU IPRO team works closely with multiple crossfunctional stakeholders, including: Research & Innovation, Finance, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Cycles & Procurement, Quality & Food Safety, among others. You will report to the EU First Diet IPRO Senior Manager, who will support your development and learning throughout the apprenticeship. The full EU IPRO team counts +50 members (incl. 8 dedicated for First Diet) located across Europe. Your role will be mainly onsite in Limonest, with regular interactions at European level. High team spirit, resilience, and collaboration are at the heart of the team’s culture: we work hard to deliver results, always together, in a positive and international atmosphere.

Your main responsibilities will include: 

1. Support the successful delivery of projects 

• Coordinate with crossfunctional project team members 
• Organize and facilitate project drumbeat meetings 
• Prepare and present project progress in governance forums 
• Support business continuity initiatives, such as securing the supply of key ingredients for major strategic projects (e.g. savoury portfolio development) 

2. Manage and improve key project databases and dashboards 

• Maintain and update existing databases in close collaboration with Supply Chain and Operations teams 
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability, as these tools support impactful business decisions 
• Improve data visualization and usability to support decisionmaking 

Examples of tools and databases you will manage include: savings dashboards (Fuel for Growth), Innovation tracker (IPROview), factory master data and mapping, project budget monitoring tools. 

3. Contribute to process and tool improvements 

• Analyze current project management ways of working 
• Identify gaps versus standards and best practices 
• Propose improvement opportunities 
• Support testing and implementation of new solutions 

You will bring a fresh perspective to continuously evolving processes and tools.

For this position, we are looking for someone: 

• Available from September 2026 for a duration of 1 year
• At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school

• Fluent in French & English (professional level), both written and spoken 

   

• Very comfortable using Excel & Powerpoint (Power BI is a plus) 

• Enjoys working closely with business teams and interacting with different departments!
