ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking an experienced and agile Brand Manager to drive sustainable growth across the Aptamil portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this role will be responsible for delivering brand activation excellence, leading key innovation and renovation projects, driving consumer engagement initiatives and partnering cross-functionally to unlock growth opportunities. The successful candidate will combine strong marketing execution capabilities with commercial acumen, analytical thinking and outstanding stakeholder management skills.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
You have prior experience working in Marketing within the FMCG or Healthcare industry. You possess natural leadership with the ability to foster strong relationships, influence teams as well as coach and mentor a high performing team. You balance creativity with an analytical and commercial mindset and have the agility and ability to work through high levels of ambiguity and complexity.
