We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Activation Specialist to join our Specialized Nutrition team for the Czech & Slovak markets. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and executing impactful digital strategies across both pediatric and adult nutrition portfolios.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Specialized Nutrition marketing team in planning, coordinating, and executing digital and multi-channel engagement (MCE) activities across brands and categories
• Develop, implement, and evaluate targeted digital marketing plans aligned with short- and long-term brand objectives
• Drive digital communication strategies across multiple categories, targeting both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumers/patients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, results-driven campaigns
• Contribute to building and enhancing direct-to-consumer (D2C) digital capabilities
• Play a key role in advancing digital excellence in both pediatric and adult care segments

Requirements:

• University degree (minimum Bachelor’s level)
• Experience in digital marketing (min. 3 years)
• Strong understanding of multi-channel engagement and digital ecosystems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign performance analysis and optimization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (team-work)
• Experience in healthcare environment - advantage
• Fluency in Czech/Slovak and English
