About the job

Responsible for planning, executing and co-driving the Supply Chain Financial Performance. As the Finance key business partner in scope, you will be advising the Supply Chain Lead on all Finance and Controlling related topics impacting Supply Chain. You will be responsible to develop, lead and manage the global function cost controlling and performance management for SN Global Supply Points Supply Chain (SC).

As Head of Supply Chain Controlling, you are responsible for:  

•    Design & Implement efficient processes and methods to gather and analyse supply chain data 
•    Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance (upstream & downstream)
•    Fixed Cost Absorption clarification with CBUs in the RF process
•    Lead the analysis and optimization process for the SN GSP Inventory management  
•    Ensure proper visibility, granularity, analysis and optimization of volume cycles (S&OP/RF/Production)
•    Co-drive Supply Chain performance animation together with the Key Operations stakeholders 
•    Co-drive strategic decisions for planning optimizations & efficiency  
•    Team management, impact & growth

About you

 We are looking for a team member with the following profile: 

Skills Needed (Technical):  

•    Master’s degree in finance 
•    Experience: +10 years in controlling
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language.
•    Strong analytical and business understanding skills required.
•    Strong skills on systems & technology with the ambition to further digitalize

Core Functional Competencies to be successful on the job:

•    Strong strategic and analytical thinking
•    Strong leadership skills
•    Ability to operate in complex and fast changing environment
