Participate in solving IT incidents reported in his/her Businesses (Danone Romania)
- Solve users' requests registered in IT Service Desk module
- Execute tasks related to projects implementation in IT area
- Record PCs & IT equipment and their relations in configuration management database (CMDB)
- Deploy software to PCs using existing tools
- Prepare IT tools of work for users, including PCs, mobile devices, printers.
- Actively support users and properly communicate with them about IT related topics
- Report on problems actively to the supervisor
Passion for IT
- Knowledge of Windows operating system, LAN/WAN principles
- Fluent in English and Romanian
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a virtual team
