We are looking for a candidate with strong experience managing key and chain hospital accounts, solid strategic and execution capabilities in account management, expertise in tender and negotiation processes, and a proven ability to drive business growth through managing complex hospital stakeholders.

1. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the healthcare industry with direct exposure to hospital key accounts / chain hospitals
2. Proven experience in handling multi-hospital or hospital group accounts with complex stakeholder environments

3. Strong understanding of hospital business models and patient flow

4. Strong network within hospital stakeholders, including Hospital management / directors, Specialist doctors (KOLs), Pharmacy and procurement teams

5. Customer-centric with a long-term partnership mindset

6. Agile and adaptable to regulatory and hospital system changes
