Maintenance Systems and Compliance Officer

About the job

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Maintenance Systems & Compliance Officer to support the Maintenance Department in ensuring the highest standards of compliance, training, safety, and maintenance system management in our Wexford Supply Point. This is a full-time permanant position reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager. This role is critical in driving maintenance excellence through effective contractor management, training coordination, SAP work order compliance, quality management, and maintenance system governance. The successful candidate will act as a key link between Maintenance & Utilities, planning, quality, health & safety, and external service providers.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or engineering.
  • Knowledge of SAP system would be an advantage. Experience of working with a CMMS system in the past is essential
  • Experience in maintenance, engineering, manufacturing, utilities, or a similar technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance systems and work management processes.
  • Experience using SAP or a comparable CMMS system.
  • Experience coordinating training programmes and maintaining training records.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
    • Experience managing contractors and external service providers.
    • Knowledge of health & safety and quality management systems.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Technical qualification in Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
    • Experience working within a GMP, pharmaceutical, food, or regulated manufacturing environment.
    • Experience with Power BI reporting.
