We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented P2P Junior Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with a background in finance or accounting who is eager to contribute to our continuous improvement initiatives and ensure the accuracy of our invoice management processes.

As a P2P Junior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our finance team by managing and resolving invoice verification issues, processing invoices in accordance with local legal requirements, and executing necessary steps during the closing procedures. Your keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills will help you identify opportunities for process improvements, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with various internal teams, including Global P2P, DBS teams, and Local BU users, as well as external partners such as IOPC providers and IT teams.

• Proactive and detail-oriented individual with a solid background in finance or accounting.
• Good understanding of the end-to-end P2P process and related tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of the primary language of the scope served would be an asset.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
