Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Senior Pharmacy Channel Trade Manager" position. 

Main Objective:

to oversee and drive the performance of our pharmacy sales channel in the FMCG and pharmaceutical sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing trade strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring the effective execution of sales initiatives to achieve business objectives.

• Develop and implement trade strategies to maximize sales and market share within the pharmacy channel.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key pharmacy accounts, including chain pharmacies, independent pharmacies, and wholesalers.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional plans and trade programs tailored to the pharmacy channel.
• Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Negotiate trade terms, pricing, and promotional agreements with pharmacy partners.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade programs and initiatives, adjusting as needed to achieve targets.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present regular reports on trade activities, sales performance, and market insights to senior management.
• Provide training and support to the sales team on trade strategies and best practices.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s products.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Preferably, with a good command of English.
• 5+ years of experience in a in trade management or sales, with a focus on the pharmacy channel in the FMCG or pharmaceutical sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through trade initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the pharmacy market, trade dynamics, and industry regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
